“Emailed Carpet Court before Xmas, received a response and then I popped into the Thorndon Quay showroom, was ignored by all the staff until I had enough and asked someone for assistance, they seemed half bothered. I was shown some options and told that they would send me a quote, hasn’t happened. I’m glad I went to A-Z, they’ve been fantastic and have my business and recommendations for anyone needing flooring in Wellington.”

“Wanted to give these guys my business, but too hard. They were luke warm at best when I came in. Ive had to chase and chase for quotes, the staff member I am dealing with is rude and uninterested. Clearly the Thorndon store must have so much business they can treat clients with contempt. This morning I accepted a quote from a competitor and am prepared to pay $2000 more just to be treated like a customer and get the job done. If you are stuck on a low budget unfortunately you may have to go with CC. There's a reason they are so cheap - you get what you pay for.”

“I had the most-favourable experience re-carpeting my 3 level 1990s home. Tod at the Thornton shop was OTT helpful, and friendly. Dipping the carpet in wine did the trick to convince me to get Rhino. However, everyone I dealt with there was helpful. Even the installers they hired were , speedy, efficient, and tidy. Throughout the process everyone arrived when they said they would (which isn’t usual in today’s environment). Now my place looks like new!”
