“We used The Floor store to replace the carpet in our 4 bedroom home and couldn't be happier. The carpet is looking great! So soft and luxurious looking. The consultant was great at listening to our needs and providing multiple quotes for us to consider. The layer did an excellent job with the laying and successfully navigated all our nooks and crannies. He was a pleasure to have around and was great about moving furniture and allowing time for me to get around with a hammer and nail down sneaky squeaks in the floorboards. The Floor Store also took care of uplifting some tiles for us in an area to replace with carpet. The willingness of the Floor store to do this, and to help with furniture moving was a deciding factor in our final choice of carpet providers.
