“Was happy with everything except the installation of the carpet by their contractors because the installers damaged all my skirting boards. As you can see in the photos whatever tool they used to install the carpet scratched my skirting boards so we had to get them repainted which was expensive.”

“Unfortunately I feel quite mixed about this review as Herman and James were lovely to deal with but the install of the vinyl planks was very stressful requiring remedial work, which I’m still not sure is a good job. Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years so we will see, the flooring didn’t seem to have adhered that well in some places and the previous flooring, which was also planks, was flatter than what we now have.”

“Went here looking for carpet offcuts, they have a bunch of discounted end rolls and mats out back. They have some that are already overlocked or you can choose a roll and pay to have it overlocked ($10 metre).”
