“The Signature Homes Northland team are just amazing!! We completed a build project with Craig and the team several years ago and we are back again for them to build our new forever home too!! As expected, this time round we have found the initial discussions, design process and regular updates on progress through to building consent seamless. The whole team make us feel like we are VIPs with the personal service each of them provide and their genuine interest in listening to what we have to say throughout the process too. Excitingly our site works have just begun and we have already received update photos on progress 3 days in!! As we are not currently living in Northland the seamless online interactions have been really helpful for us too but we have equally enjoyed meeting with the team face to face when our calendars allow for such too. We are very happy to have the Signature Homes Northland team delivering another home for us and super excited to see progress as we move through build to completion. I would happily recommend the team to anyone looking to build a quality home in Northland”

“Craig Dackers and his team at Signature Homes Northland did a fantastic job building our new home from start to finish, nothing was ever too hard for them to handle. Steve Kunis, Sale Manager, walked us through the initial stages from getting to know us through to coordinating the colour, kitchen, tile, and carpet consultations. Helen Digby, our Production Coordinator did a fantastic job with the behind scenes work, such as the local council, and Heritage NZ. Ean Dawson, our Architectural Designer did an excellent job understanding what we wanted and putting that on paper. A special thanks to Ean and Helen for attending the blessing of the site in our absence. This was a task above and beyond our expectations. Jordan Antunovich our Project Manager was a master at coordinating all the tradies to be at the build site at the right dates and times keeping the build on track, he is a great problem solver and exceptionally easy to work with. Dearne Blackler our Quality Surveyor did an excellent job picking out fixtures and other elements to make the home feel special from the get-go. And finally, Emily James, the all-important Administrator, that keeps everything administered from her smiling face at reception to her on time invoicing. We had a long-distance relationship which can always be hard, but the team at Signature made things happen through excellent communication and can-do attitudes. We got weekly email updates with photos from Jordan, which included when the next progress payment was due, so nothing was a surprise. On the occasions we did visit the site, it was fantastic to see the build grow from its foundations into a beautiful home. The lunches we had with them were also a fun time to get to know each other and have a few laughs.
