His communication throughout the build was impeccable, he listened to us and our visions and came up with very creative and perfect solutions. Ric also has great time management skills; during very tough times in the building industry he ordered materials well ahead of time so there were no delays in the building process. Even now after the build, we are still able to contact Ric in case any issues arise, e.g. after 2 years our glass shower door broke and after getting in touch with Ric, he straight away contacted the contractor who installed the glass, which then came and installed a new door, still under warranty.
