“Had a blocked drain on Saturday and spoke to Shelley who gave a time frame of very, very late afternoon when William would be able to sort it. Surprisingly, only 20minutes later, William rang to say he'd be there in 3 minutes which was fantastic. He found the blockage was tree roots and cleared them, showing us on the camera how long they were and how far they had spread along the inside of the clay pipe. He was very efficient, friendly and worked quickly to fix the problem. Great firm to use.”
