“The staff were wonderful to deal with. Work done well with professional skills. But how ever l do not think much of the way they handle their invoice and price the job.. They will not give you an itemized bill with the product and what it cost , so you don't know what they used. the deposit that you paid in advance including gst does not show up on final invoice just the deposit before tax. To everyone who thinking about using this company be very careful as they will try and charge you as much as they can.”

“Have used them a couple of times for videoing drains and writing report for eqc which they do a good job at. However their quotes for repair work have been excessively expensive when compared with others (doubble), and they have never gotten the job. Also they share your information with third parties without your consent. Overall not recommended.”
