“I contacted Plumbingspec for an urgent job with some complexity (doing an inspection of the plumbing system and removal / replacement of Dux Quest piping) The contact was direct, (cell phone) communication immediate and the response and allocation of the work was done that day. (had a deadline in next couple days) The two plumbers (Nick and Victoria) were very professional, and efficient, and got straight down to work on arrival. They worked through the inspection, (under floor as well as ceiling space) the replacement of piping, and problem solved as they went. Nick and Victoria are great plumbers and met every challenge (unexpectedly needing to remove the toilet to get access to a pipe fitting late in the job) with humour and obviously work well together. They are basically really nice people and pleasant to work with. They committed to complete the job, stayed well after hours and I have to say I really appreciated that they stuck with it to finish it off. “Our house was in desperate need for a plumbers attention, with a low-pressure HWC on it last legs, extremely low cold water pressure and mess of pipes under the house made of a variety of materials. We also decided that we'd like to have a Water Filtration System installed to help with eczema and other skin conditions. We had never used PlumbSpec before but we were so impressed with them from the get-go. Tony worked with us to come up with solutions to our plumbing problems throughout the quoting period, which we thought was above and beyond as we had not officially engaged them. The quoted amount seemed fair and pretty much as expected for the scope of work. Once we had accepted their quote, they were promptly on site and I was amazed that within about 8hrs of work, they had installed a pressure booster pump, 3 Stage Water Filtration System, mains pressure HWC (new location) and replumbed every water supply pipe under the house. On the day work began we were surprised to have a team of 6 plumbers (five lads and a lass) attend our property. They worked quickly and efficiently with minimal interruption to our lives. All members of the team were very friendly and hard working. We felt their efforts were above 100% and we would use them again as well as recommend them to others.”
