“UPDATE! The team has come back to me after doing their due diligence and adjusted the price to the retail as advertised. Happy this has been resolved now! Cheers team! Super disappointed to get shafted on the price of a part that was required to fix an in wall cistern. I appreciate it wasn’t easy to identify the correct part, but to be charged DOUBLE the advertised retail price (based on the importers website), and then be told that the price I got charged was just what the retailer (Plumbing World) had it advertised for, feels like a cop out. At least make enquiries as to why the price is so damn high from that retailer, compared to what the importer has it advertised for. I’d give it one star, but the plumber was actually really awesome, so two stars.”
