“I had a great experience. Thomas (and his very well behaved and trusty dog Rusty) came and replaced a leaky section of guttering. Not only that, but he really went above and beyond with helping to give me a professional opinion on some defects carried out by a roofing company that had damaged my gutter (Hine Roofing, who I strongly recommend avoiding) - Thomas took time to speak with the company's owner on the phone (which he didn't have to) to very professionally convey the problems and he then wrote a report on the issues for me to pass on too. I feel he went above and beyond. His communication and professionalism was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Go with the Flow based on this experience. Having dealt with some cowboy tradies in the past, it was good to have a nice experience where the job was simply done well and for a reasonable price!”
