“We had emailed Mike and his team to ask for a tidy up ready for spring, along with some replanting and rehashing of the current garden. Mike responded to our email in a timely fashion. He was enthusiastic and had wonderful ideas for the garden- and we spent a long time discussing options. Honestly we were very excited about having them sort out the garden. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives finish. We had to chase down the initial quote and it didn’t include most of the specific details we had discussed during the initial on site consultation. We sent a reply email asking for changes made and Mike never got back to us unfortunately. I find it difficult writing a negative review having not received any services, but I felt that the interactions have been unprofessional. I would rather have the team tell us it’s not a job they’re interested in than us wasting time chasing up a hastily done quote and then ignoring further contact.”
