“We recently had the Humphreys team help with a major garden clean-up at my mum’s quarter acre property and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We had lots of trees, weeds and mounds of hard dirt to be removed! Every member of the team - Thomas, Alessio, Gabrielle, Mataeo, Simon H, Ruan, Davide and Simon - were professional, respectful and incredibly hardworking. They communicated clearly, were honest about timeframes and offered thoughtful, practical advice that really helped us plan what could be achieved. Their work ethic and attention to detail were outstanding. The site was always left tidy and even the way they loaded and bundled foliage showed pride in their work. They were warm and personable, making us feel heard and respected throughout. My mum especially appreciated how they always let us know when they were leaving and reminded us to close the gate - such a simple gesture, but it made her feel safe and cared for.
