“I cannot recommend Duncan and the team at Carpet Barn highly enough. I was under an incredible amount of stress trying to get our carpet fixed while moving, and from the moment Duncan heard how desperate the situation was, he acted with genuine care and urgency. He came out the very same day, which immediately lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Duncan listened, understood, and treated us with complete honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel ripped off or taken advantage of. Instead, I felt supported and genuinely cared for during a very overwhelming time. That kind of service is rare these days. A special mention must go to the receptionist, I believe her name was Jo. She was absolutely amazing. So kind, patient, and thoughtful, she even offered to come after work to drop off the product. That level of care truly speaks volumes about the people behind this business. Good service is hard to come by, but caring, compassionate people are even rarer. I will always recommend Duncan and Carpet Barn to others without hesitation.
