“The experience of re-carpeting the downstairs of the house was great! The team in the office were easy to deal with, thank you Raiha and co, and quick to reply when we required information. Peter was efficient and helpful when measuring and mapping the space, thank you! Installation was very quick and professional, thanks guys. Highly recommend. “The carpets were laid well. However the layer was not provided with any notes, which impacted on the job. He was unaware of two key points. 1. That the old carpets needed lifting. 2. That the existing floor of the 90 year old house is wooden. The smooth edge that was provided was for a concrete floor, so extra nails were required. It must be noted that the house was inspected prior to installation and the two items were missed by his observations. Also extra ramps to the bathrooms were additional to the quote. Thanks to Valmae for your excellent part in providing a great service. Chris, your layer did three long hard days, and even returned to the house on Saturday completing a 12 hour day before driving for over an hour back to Tauranga.My thanks go to you all.
