“I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Bella Casa for the tiling work in our new build, and I cannot express my disappointment enough. The incompetence displayed by this company has been nothing short of astounding. Firstly, the floor in two of the three bathrooms was sloped away from the showers towards the doors. This baffling oversight became apparent when we discovered the showers were incorrectly installed, causing water to cascade onto the tiles and rapidly flow out of the doors onto the carpet. The fact that this fundamental error was not detected during the initial installation indicates a complete lack of attention to detail and professionalism. To rectify their mistake, Bella Casa had to pull up all the tiles, level the floor, and address the issues with the showers. This not only caused major disruption to the tenants but also caused significant frustration on our end. A reputable tiling company should be able to execute such basic tasks correctly the first time around. Furthermore, the choice of silicone used by Bella Casa was a disaster. It did not match the grout or tiles like we instructed, creating an eyesore that detracts from the overall aesthetic of our high-spec bathrooms. This lack of coordination in their materials showcases a lack of consideration for the visual appeal and cohesion of the final product. The day we had the handover of the house we had our tiler come in and replace the silicone with one that matched the grout more closely. In conclusion, my experience with Bella Casa has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against hiring Bella Casa for tiling projects, as their incompetence and lack of attention to detail can lead to significant issues and headaches for the client.”

“This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. They were employed by the builder of my tiny home in July 2023. They were given the tile order in July and advised the house would be ready for tiling end September. The tiles were never ordered. I personally had to chase them many occasions which always involved going into the shop as they never answer the phone or email. They eventually turned up and tiled the bathroom according the builders instructions. Unfortunately common sense would have told them the small tray they installed would never contain the water (wet room not cubicle). I spent weeks without a bathroom and was so disappointed that I could barely use the shower when they finished without soaking the whole room! Once again I was left trying to contact someone to put it right. I went to the shop at least 3 times and lost count of the amount of messages and calls that went ignored. I eventually got them to quote for fixing it and paid for new tiles in December. Roll onto February 2024 and they finally begin to fix the mess. They ripped all the tiles off and managed to ruin all the gib. Then they stopped turning up. No call or message. I couldn’t get hold of them. Eventually I was informed they hadn’t actually ordered the replacement tiles! So they started a job with no means of completing it. In total I was another 2 weeks without a bathroom. I then had to chase them numerous times to come and collect their rubbish. This company has ZERO communication. No apologies and no customer service. You’ve been warned. The stress isn’t worth it!”
