“We had a wee issue with some of the vinyl planks that we had purchased from the Tile Depot for our kitchen with some of them having been laid incorrectly by the floor layer (who we had contracted through them). I rang to discuss the particular issue and Jack was there within the hour to look at what the problem was. He knew his stuff, was able to identify what had gone wrong and undertook to remedy it directly. He has ordered replacement tiles and soon as they arrive will undertake to relay the offending planks.
