“Following buying our property a few years ago from the original owners who engaged Advanced to complete the build we contacted Advanced to do some minor warrantee work which we had observed as quality issues. After a few emails back and forth an agreement was reached and warrantee work completed. Regan came a viewed our issues and Cullum came and completed the work. “We had a very disappointing experience with this building company. Communication throughout the build was poor, and it often felt like any questions or concerns we raised were seen as an inconvenience. There was no effort to go above and beyond — in fact, getting even the basics done properly was a struggle. The overall craftsmanship was average at best. Concrete post holes were messy and overfilled, which caused issues when we later tried to put in garden beds. The flooring in our entryway still has a visible gap where it doesn’t meet the skirting board — a clear sign of poor attention to detail that should have been addressed before handover. We had to call them back multiple times to fix subpar work, including a major issue with the septic system that was installed incorrectly. It also felt like corners were cut when it came to materials, with some choices coming across as cheap and not up to the standard we expected. To top it off, we received an unexpected bill over six months after the build was completed — something that was never communicated to us during or immediately after the process. Overall, we would not recommend this company. The lack of care, poor workmanship, and unprofessional handling of post-build issues made the entire experience incredibly frustrating.”
