“The skim coating job done took an extended (and unacceptable) period of time. This work included further staff having to come in to fix the mistakes made by others on more than one occasion with us needing to make contact with management on several occasions. Once the General Manager was made aware (there was a delayed internal escalation) he did arrange the (still sub par) plaster work to be made right and oggered to provide a painter for a day (free of charge) to get our project back on track. It did however take 2 attempts to get the days painting done as agreed due to poor monitoring of staff. There was no financial compensation for the poor delivery of the work, inconvenience and stress caused in the final invoice. Ultimately there is poor communication and monitoring of staff within the company, alongside poor communication with clients. This creates compoinding issues impacting the quality of service delivery. I would not recommend this company to others.”
