“When a company’s representative exercises poor judgement in public, I think that action reflects on the service they would deliver to their clients. On 2023-08-07, I was standing outside the entrance of Gisborne District Council in full view of Council offices when a man began accosting people on the sidewalk. The angry man was yelling out the driver’s window of a light-duty truck, branded as a TW Construction vehicle. He drove slow enough to shout multiple slurs as he passed the council building. The gentleman immediately turned his vehicle around *to repeat this harassment with 2 additional passes*. With no visible cargo in the clean, white ute, this appeared to be a TW Construction representative who had ascended the corporate ladder to have influence over company affairs. I will remember this event when I see the company bid on a project. I realize some people sympathize with aggressive displays toward the district council, but this TW Construction rep made it clear that he was targeting the people on the pavement, none of whom worked for Council. The gentleman’s behavior would have looked unhinged in any other location, but losing the plot in front of a unitary authority while branded as a property developer shows a level of judgement that sinks even lower than a common display of road rage.”

“This company is buy up homes around hastings and moving them of and put up to six dwellings on some of the quarter acrea or less sections. Its a modern version of flaxmere Av when the Hastings city council alloud developers to put two little boxes on the far end of Flaxmere Av, why dont they do it in there own back yard of Napier”
