“We were very pleased with the service we received from the Turfrey staff. Communication was excellent - by e-mail and phone. The installation of the Infinity Gas Hot water system went without a hitch on the day they said it would. We also needed a connection to a new gas hob and this too was very efficiently executed a couple of days later. We would have liked it to be done on the same day but the specialist was busy and they arranged for it to be done very soon thereafter. Had a minor issue with the gas hob but the representative visited and attended to it the very next day. We are certainly very pleased to recommend Turfrey for any work they offer. Thank you team. “The stars is for the plumber and electrician who showed up to do the install. Really happy with the work completed. Turfrey had my wrong email address so we never got an invoice until overdue date which we got a phone call. We corrected but still never received anything until I emailed and then called. Then once I received the invoice although I paid it the very next day I received a few overdue notices which I understand are automated but was frustrating as all my emails went unanswered. Just missing that little bit customer service. When completed work done for sign off certificate photos were taken and we followed up 10 days later and had to chase it up. Turfrey understood we were frustrated and came up with something that left us very happy. Looking back we were happy with the work and the team was friendly to deal with. My husband has head injuries so I guess we tend to get frustrated faster than most others when waiting on something. But small email/calls updates would have gone a long way.”

“Turfreys came to provide a free quote for a leak in our roof. We never received a quote and emails were ignored. We then received a $150 bill! After several frustrating phone calls, the bill was wiped and another roofer was arranged to come out to actually give a quote. He was really helpful. However its been 2 months and still haven't received a quote!! Calls have been unanswered. So bloody hard to find good roofers!! Do not recommend.”
