“I recently returned to Tile Warehouse Whangarei after a previous experience that wasn’t very positive, mainly due to an interaction with a staff member I understood to be the manager, Lisa. I found the communication at that time to be quite abrupt and lacking tact, which made the visit uncomfortable. However, I decided to come back after hearing that Anita was working there again — and I’m really glad I did. She completely changed my perception of the store. Anita is approachable, attentive, and truly listens to what you’re trying to achieve. She goes above and beyond to help, offers thoughtful suggestions, and makes the whole process feel easy and supported. Thanks to her service, I would confidently return and recommend the store again.”

“I have really enjoyed my experiences of choosing tiles and purchasing tiling products at this store. This is because of Jen, she is brilliant at her job, always friendly and interested in my project. Recently however I had an issue with a product stocked at the store. I spoke with Jen, Russell and the manager. Jen and Russell were being helpful but the manager was hardly interested in my problem and very quickly disappeared back to her office. Consequently Jen helped me out in finding a solution, calling the products dealer and researching installation information. I found the manager to be disinterested and her manner rude. “Even though my job was small I received great service, advice and recommendations from Jen at Tile Warehouse. She encouraged me to take as many samples as I wanted in order to view them in the space and in different lights. Over the period of 2 weeks I took home over 20 samples and each time I went in Jen worked with me with enthusiasm and as much attention as my first visit. The tile I landed on was actually on sale and Jen sourced the balance of tiles needed from another Tile Warehouse store as there was no stock in the central storage facility.
