They were both so accommodating and patient with us as we trialed ALOT of different tiles for our stairwell. With tricky lighting and different flooring to match up to, it was definitely a challenge. They were very helpful with suggestions and shared their knowledge on all things tile related. Rhys was happy to share tiling tips for our DIY project and Michelle was always happy to see us and hear our feedback and continue helping us on our journey of discovery for just the right tile. We finally made a choice and they were both so happy for us and excited to see the final product. We love our new tiled stairs and these guys definitely made the process fun and entertaining and highly recommend them for any tiling projects.”
