“I’ve had to update my review after a second visit. The first time we went in, the experience wasn’t great at all. However, after leaving some feedback and giving them another chance, the service was fantastic. When my wife went in, they apologized twice, offered her a hot drink, and were more than happy to help. She ordered floor tiles and, after picking those up a few days later, went back to order wall tiles as well. In the end, the service was excellent. I just wish it had been that way from the start—but credit to them for making things right and treating her so well. Much appreciated.”
