“Got an extremely dirty look from the assistant when I walked in. Thought I must have interrupted something but it was just her in the shop ignoring the phone ringing. Then to my amazement I'm told that the Tile Depot does not actually have any tiles in store and you have to wait 5 days for then. I was told this as if I was an idiot to think they actually would too. Honestly how do they even exist? Terrible experience all around”
