“$300 is the standard industry price to have gutters cleaned and $300 is standard for roof moss cleaning. I was quoted $700 for both and was told that the normal price was $900. I was prepared to pay $700 when I saw all the 5 star reviews, but only half the gutters were cleaned, while the ones that were, still had some muck in them (more was required than just a fast go with a leaf blower!). Also only half of the small atrium roof was sprayed. The fittings on 2 of my hoses went missing and I had to buy new ones. I refused to pay the full price and ended up paying $600 (when I got tired of haggling) A fair price would have been $450 considering only half the gutters were cleaned etc. I hoped they would return to do the job properly but they refused.. A few days after my complaint a large clump of agapanthus next to my letterbox turned yellow and the remaining leaves were covered with yellow spots. Larry tried to tell me it was because I didn't water them, lol. Too coincidental? Moss spray is deadly to plants. I will now have to dig them out and replace them. A lot of work and another expense. After writing this bad review, I'm taking the risk more of my plants will suddenly go yellow and die. Do not trust this company.”
