“The people at Tansley themselves are great, easy to deal with, unfortunately had issues with their associated firm CoffeeFix. Took a machine in to be serviced, paid extra to fix a leak with the steam wand, got the machine back with suspected pump issues (may have been pre-existing, I’m not sure, but it appeared a few days after getting the machine back. Timing might be a coincidence), 2 of the 4 case screws missing and a machine that still leaked. I tried to follow up regarding pump issue, got a phone call and 1 email back but the issue was never looked into further so I didn’t bother following up with the other issues, but I was left wondering what I paid $170 for other than a Test Tag and invoice. On a brighter note, the technician was friendly and he threw in some sachets of descaler for no charge”
