“I rang here when another heat pump maintenence place let me down badly when I rang in regards to my elderly mother who was having issues with her heat pump and it has been a cold spell of weather. Southland Electrical and Refrigeration were so helpful and understood the importance of an elderly person being without heat and a technician was sent around straight away. Although he couldn't find anything obvious that was wrong, he tweaked a few things around and had the heatpump working better when he left. The heatpump itself has continued to have some issues in the few days since and so my mother asked for their number to call them back. No sooner had she done so a technician was around to her place again and is still there now attempting to find a solution. I can't state how great and accommodating Southland Refrigeration and Electrical have been and they will continue to get the custom of both my mother and our own heatpump maintenance and any Refrigeration needs, aswell as anyone else that I shall tell. Keep up this great customer service and helpful attitude and you will be a company that has longevity and a stellar name. Thank you”
