“Graeme and I have had two new homes built with different franchises for us in our life time and we decided to sign up the third with Sentinel after seeing the show home at 27 Keene Drive Bell Block Taranaki NZ. Andrew, Lew, Kirsty and Julia have the qualities of leadership, communication and organisational skills and are easy to work with. We had a budget and the house was already on their book of plans, though just a few alterations were drawn up. There were those extra numerous special details, that added to the modernisation of the build. We had extra savings over the budget to cover any unforeseen expenditure. For example we decided to add extra new appliances with Fisher and Paykel . The house is a rental and like the tenants said “what’s not to love”, they said they feel spoilt.
