I got mat back wasn’t even same colour as one I’d taken in… owner was adamant it was mine. No where near same colour.. and I’d had whole house done so piece was off offcuts!! He puts name on back. DO IT YOURSELF before dropping it off!!!”

“Took carpet in to have carpet edge binding done into a mat .mat was cut at incorrect length went back and was told it could be fixed which was great plus wanted something else very minor done asked how much was quoted one price only to return to pick up mat and be told we owe more than first price given without any contact to let us know .Considering it wasnt our mistake in the first place we werent happy wont be going back .”

“Shout out to the Rug Company, just along from Eve's. Mean service. Had looked all round town and online and couldn't find mats that would fit particular areas. Asked the guys in Rug Co if they could help me out. Boom! Day later: 2 extra large mats, finished to my specifications...AND delivered, no charge...AND they gave me 3 extra mats, FREE.
