“Absolutely the worst roofing company to deal with. Still dealing with RTL a year and a half after they had “completed” the roof. It’s an up hill struggle to get them even up to our house to fix the many many problems with the roof. Including leaking of the “new” roof. Be very very careful if you choose to go with these people. Make sure your roof is perfect before you pay them! Edited. All the pictures left are how the roof was left. Completed. Finished. At one stage or another. We are entering what the 15 or 18th month of this nightmare. Your communication as been nothing sort of lacking, making is chase you up. We have a “completed” roof for the what 4th time? When in fact it is not! This is unfair I don’t understand what your company’s thinking is??? How hard is it to just do the job correctly!?!! You could do way more than just apologise! I wish we had just waited for central roofing! P.s notice the scramble on “positive” reviews!”
