“Shane came on Saturday morning to install an under sink hot water tank and to also connect our heat pump dryer to laundry sink. While he was working, I told him of a bathroom drain smell and measures I'd taken to try to dispel it. A few days later, he came back with a small unit to go into the drain to stop air coming back up. This is so impressive and appreciated because he cared enough to try for a proper solution. Am thrilled because we no longer have a musty odour coming up from the bathroom pipe. Shane, we're very grateful to you for the extra care you took. Thank you!”
