“I had a roof leak and was given Rakib's name by a friend. I rang him on the Friday of Wgtn Anniversary. He was at another job 40 minutes away, but said he would come in the afternoon. Rakib rang ahead to say he was on his way. He assessed the roof, explained the problem and gave me a figure for the repair. I agreed to the figure and he said he would be back on Monday. On Monday he rang to say he was on his way. They fixed the leak and some other issues, then showed me photos of work carried out. Offered further advice re my roof. He took photos of any other work needing to be done, discussed this with me and we agreed on the cost of the additional work. He has recently returned to replace some of the gutters. Rakib was prompt with inspection and follow up quote along with start date for the work. He demonstrated he could remove the nails without damaging the roof. He brought his own scaffolding.
