“I wouldn’t recommend this plumbing company. The plumber failed to clearly explain their pricing structure, especially regarding vehicle charges and travel time. I was shocked to find out they charge both an hourly rate and additional travel time, which was never mentioned upfront. The lack of transparency felt misleading, and the final invoice was much higher than expected. If you’re considering using their services, I strongly suggest getting a detailed quote in writing beforehand—or better yet, shop around and compare with other companies. You might save yourself a nasty surprise.”
