The consultation, home visit, quotation phase was all done with me in Auckland and Kyle in Wellington. His communication was fantastic, he responds very quickly and was very professional in his home visit and his quote. He explained very clearly what needed to be done, and even took photos and circled areas to explain what he meant. He worked super hard over the Christmas period to have the interior of our house totally painted by the time we were due to move in. When he painted the exterior, he often worked very long days and weekends in order to finish in a timely fashion. When we bought this house, the inside walls were all this strange yellow colour, and the outside, believe it or not, was mushroom brown with a red roof, red garage door and red window frames. It looks monstrous. Kyle has honestly made it feel like a brand new house. Since it’s been painted, 4 of our neighbours have stopped us in the street to tell us how great the house looks now.
