The reception staff were really friendly, and excellent at arranging an appointment that suited me. Electrician John came out under urgency to sort out water damaged outdoor lighting that had blown in a Wellington storm, and fixed it fast. He later added a remote control to the garage lights, and some more outdoor lighting for our garden with dual switches at the front and back door to make things more convenient for us. John and his trusty helper climbed around my old house into difficult roof and cellar spaces to make electrical connections and they left the place clean and tidy.
