“Do not buy boots from here. The boots that I wore for one day a week the soles started to come off as they didn't appear to be glued properly. It takes weeks n weeks of waiting and phone call after phone call to get the boots swapped for a new pair. Then a few weeks later the second pair started to fall apart. So off I go back to the shop and this time I ask for a refund as the boots fall apart and aren't fit for purpose. He told me they have had a few of these boots do the same thing. Admitting the boots were faulty. So i leave my name and number as it seemed to hard for Anthony to deal with at the time and he said he was really busy and would get back to me. A week later I rung him back and got Jacob on the phone. He tells me Anthony was on holiday and he'd have to sort it and I need to bring the boots back in ( 120 kilometer trip ). I asked which office was head office as I will be ringing them to try sort it. I got told "don't ring them mate.. I'm the bosses son and I have more clout than the Auckland office and I will sort out the refund." So I give him my account details and again I'm made to wait.. A week goes by and I ring back . I now get told the accounts staff are on holiday. So I rung the Auckland office and told them about my boots and what had happened and within an hour the refund was sorted. Not a good look boys”
