“I'm writing to help who choose this place. I don't know why review for this company is high rated. Personally, I don't want to give any star for them. I had to pay even they couldn’t fix my problem. They said they are doing best service with a great price on the website. I can’t believe it. I had a terrible experience here. One of technician said he didn’t have enough time for putting the stuff back to my car so he left that and told me to come back for replacing it. after one week i went there and then a person has been changed and they didn’t have any follow up so i needed to explain. I said put part in back. and I don’t want to open the dashboard. that’s all. Because I felt I paid high costs without any improvement already. I got very shocked. I felt it took less than five minutes to put the parts back in place. Therefore I checked the bottom by tearing it off and they didn't even connect the cable as it was, they just stuck the screws in. And nobody didn’t let me know that they unplugged the unit. Eventually I went to another garage on the Gorge road and fixed everything for just $60. The advantage is that I was close to my house. Maybe I was unlucky.”

“Disappointing experience on a personal level. It was a freak situation no one could have predicted, but it could’ve been handled better. I brought the van in for an assessment due to an issue with the sliding door—it wouldn’t unlock/open. The remote key worked fine, but when used manually in the door, it caused the cabin to be locked and inaccessible. No one knew this. As a result, the boys accidentally locked themselves out and spent under 2 hours getting back in. The outcome: the sliding door now opens but won’t lock. No actual assessment was done, yet I was still charged the $90 minimum. Morgan (manager) insisted on charging either the boys or me for their time—no flexibility. While they “only” charged me the minimum, the way it was handled was disappointing. Morgan sees things in black and white and seemed more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction or supporting his team. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them because of the management’s approach”
