“Absolutely appalling experience. The staff member on the phone this afternoon was shockingly rude, blatantly dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I was given false information and when I challenged it, the tone turned aggressive and threatening. No attempt was made to resolve anything—only intimidation and attitude. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I would strongly advise others to stay far away from a business that treats people this way.”
