“I recently purchased some gravels from this shop and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and the customer service, more than half of the GAP40 I ordered, as shown in the photos, are fine sand. I sent the photos to them and explained the issue, no response in a few days, I followed up again still response, then I spoke to their staff on the phone, the staff said they’ve seen the photos and they think the fine sand will help to compact and it’s totally normal. I am so disappointed and will not buy from them again”
