They guided me through a quick fix to get the water up and running over the phone and popped in the next morning (Sunday) to check I was okay to fix what had happened myself. Gave plenty of guidance and assistance, left me some hemp fiber to wrap around the thread on the pipes then didn't want to charge me anything.”
