“Jason helped a friend of mine out of a difficult situation, and I can't recommend him more highly. She had an Englefield shower installed by an installer listed on the Englefield (now Kohlers) website. He did a poor job and when we asked him to recify the problem, he attempted to do so on two occasdions, but didn't resolve the issue. He then refused to do any more, because he claimed the problem was with the shower's design. Jason took over the work and did a great job recifying the problem. Kohler came to the party and paid for the re-install. Jason has a real "can do" attitude and in this case bent over backwards to help my friend out of a difficult situation that wasn't of his making.”
