We actually went away due to the fact we would not be able to use the lounge while the floor was being laid. They did a fantastic job and we're really pleased with the result. “I found the staff really helpful and super pleasant and friendly. My carpet was laid only a few days ago, and they did an amazing job. You just can't fault it. It was pouring with rain, there were only 2 layers, and they carpetd the whole lower floor and the stair case, laid another floor in the kitchen and laid the vinyl in 11/2 days. The person who laid the flooring has done an amazing job, thankyou The sales consultants, customer service, is the worst I have come across for many years. Yes, there was a situation that was not expected and this changed things but this was no reason to be rude and cold. I was dictated too and anytime I tried to get my point of view across I was shot down. The situation ended up costing me 6 extra nights in a motel. If the consultant had been more understanding it could have been only 3 extra nights Its called meeting a customer half way This has not been a great experience ☹️even though I am very happy with my flooring😀”
