“After reciewing a vauge notice ( anytime between 7 am and 5 pm any day Monday to Friday ) to blow out the drain next to my property the down stairs toilet was wrapped daily in cling film, newspaper and lid shut with weight ontop. Necessitating a trip upstairs for anyone needing the loo! Not a problem except they came a week late while no one was home? No notice to say they were coming. Result. Splattered wall , doors and flooded floor, soggy toilet roll!! What is your excuse? Truly inefficient connection with public.”
