“We kicked off our bathroom renovations in June (24) and engaged the team at Handy Tiler after receiving many recommendations. Our experience in dealing with them and the quality of their work has been outstanding. They outperformed the other trades that we engaged and excelled in the following areas: 1. Responsiveness - Always replied to questions quickly 2. Detailed quotation - All areas are broken down with a precise time estimate for each job. 3. Professionalism—They kept our place spotless, even laying a temporary carpet protection film from the front door to the bathroom. I wish our plasterer had done the same. 4. Flexibility—As with any renovation, there were some delays. The Handy Tiler team flexed around changed dates and even worked throughout the weekend to get the project back on track. 5. Expertise – They offered advice and made recommendations to improve the layout and finish. 6. Quality of work—The highest level of care and attention to detail. There was absolutely no cutting corners, even if it meant taking more time to achieve a quality finish. 7. Price - The best price by far from the 5 quotes received I cannot speak highly enough of the Handy Tiler and would recommend them to anyone. We will certainly use them again.”
