“Hallmark Homes built our dream home! as a young couple with a wee one and another on the way it was certainly a busy time in our lives. There was never a judgment stemming from this situation, Hallmark trusted our vision right from the start. Hallmark's family feel and professional manner from beginning to end was a pleasure to deal with. Multiple design changes along the way, plenty of patience and the willingness to work towards a fixed priced build contract before signing made all the difference in making our choice. We could not be more happy in our forever home, being two months in after handover and knowing that not only the build, but also the follow through care from Hallmark will be stress free and secure. We could not recommend them enough, we truly believe that Hallmark wanted the house perfect just as much if not more than we as clients did. We hope that sometime in the near future we can use their services again :) Special mention to Chris our site manager for his constant efforts often leading late into the evening. The answered texts and calls out of hours and always such positive communication with a smile. Debbie for her incredible time management and co-ordination skills. We always heard chaotic stories from others re deadlines with building but we knew with Debbie as our project manager that this would never be the case for us. Always assisting in ironing out the finest of details and again constant communication. Finally, an honourable mention to a former employee Hayley. Hayley was with us right at the start of our journey from when I first walked into Hallmarks showhome with the idea of building on our recently purchased section. Hayley and I worked side by side in perfecting our custom build design based off a Hallmark website plan. “We started a new build with Hallmark homes in January 2025 and moved in at the start of November 2025. Our home is currently on Hallmark Homes website on recently completed projects. Our experience with Hallmark from planning to completion exceeded our expectations in all facets. Our day to day dealings were primarily with our two amazing project managers, Chris Marr & Debbie Stewart whom were both very approachable, professional and their communication throughout was fantastic. Jody McIntosh our design consultant was also invaluable during the build, assisting with and resolving technical issues that arose, that only became apparent during the practical build process. Right from the start we felt like we were in good hands and over the duration of our build we were proven right. We also had considerable contact during the build with Hallmark owners, Esther and Mike who were also incredibly helpful, open and transparent and provided us with the benefit of their considerable expertise which ultimately gave us a home which we are incredibly happy with. Esther and Mike made it very clear that they were always available to us for advise and any issues and they were genuinely invested in making sure that we were ultimately happy with our build process. We really valued having access to the owners of the company and being able to run a couple of idea's past them and take their advice on anything that may enhance our build. Our build foreman Simon was a great guy, incredible tradesman and went out of his way to answer our numerous queries, showing great patience in doing so, again we felt lucky to have him lead the process. All contractors used by Hallmark were professional, approachable and very accommodating. Special mention to Fiona - Interior design, Kristen - Kitchen design, Tim - Electrician and Kevin - Bricklayer who all went above and beyond to help us in their areas of expertise. The build process was managed on time and on budget and the handover process was seamless. In fact the Hallmark team went out of their way to make it a special and memorable occasion. In summary, we would not hesitate to recommend Hallmark Homes as a build company to anyone contemplating a build in the future.
