“We engaged Ground Up Solutions to re-build an old ponga wall and to tidy up an unused spa pool area. It's been more than a tidy up - it's been a transformation! The workmanship of both guys on site has been professional and of high standard (they're fussy, in a good way). Phil made suggestions under no obligation to alter the line of some steps to better service the area. Phil & Jacque were personable and communicative. Communications from admin throughout the project has been excellent. We highly recommend Ground Up Solutions”

“We recently had two walls repaired by Ground Up, including a large facing wall that replaced a degraded punga wall, and we couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the beginning, Rob was prompt with his communication and quoting. He was also really responsive when a small issue came up, and quickly got it sorted. Jacques, who did the actual work, was brilliant. He has such a calm and kind manner, and worked diligently through all kinds of weather to get the job done. Our kids (7 and 3) were fascinated by the process, and we're so grateful for Jacques’ warm interactions and his willingness to explain what he was doing, it really made an impression on them. I wouldn't be surprised if our youngest ends up being a 'fixer' like Jacques. Thank you for your outstanding service and workmanship. We highly recommend your team!”
