“Quick efficient and very reasonable Plumbing call out. After a leaking pipe was seen I used their web page to request a plumber. Got a reply very quickly via text and plumber arrived first thing next morning. He replaced a small section of piping. Got a very reasonable invoice next day and all sorted now.”

“I can't imagine how shameless they are. Although their unit price is only 95 plus GST, they deliberately drag out the time. They didn’t even have basic plumbing parts ready in the van and had to go buy them last minute, yet they counted that time towards my bill. He clearly only worked for half an hour but charged me for two hours. Also, I believe the cost of a few pipes and cement was only a few dozen dollars, but they charged me 150. The atmosphere here is really bad.”

“I have used Grant Plumbing for a number of years. Their plumbers are experienced and reliable. The last job they recently completed was completed under the quoted price. I recommend them.”

“Don't use - you've been warned. Absolutely shocking! Repeatedly ordered wrong parts, poor comms - reply 2-3 weeks later, when I called to speak to someone to ask for time frames for a fix, they couldn't give approximate times and just said "we're really busy" - honestly, It seems as though they mucked around in the hopes that I would do exactly what I did, which was cancel the job after 2 months of the issue not being resolved so that they could charge me for a call out fee of $155??? For what?? - absolutely terrible! If you want prompt and reliable service, these are NOT the people to do it through.”

“So impressed with the prompt response to our plumbing emergency this morning. The dreaded black tubing failed again (it had lasted 42 years). Quickly and cheerfully replaced.”
