I'm using Grace Plumbing for the final stages of the installation too. Brad and the team have looked after a couple of jobs in the past and they are my first call with anything Plumbing related. Nik in particular is always super helpful, especially when I'm rescheduling last minute!”

“Very disappointed experience, as the Plumer was checking and doing the job really slowly, and feels like he's dragging on the time, like he finished working and wrote his report for 20 minutes and charge me for that long essay, while there's not much been done (got told it's urine on the floor rather than any leaking). There are things he could have done way more efficiently like running to the basement back and forth a few times while someone inside could push the button to flush the toilet to test, also telling me the same thing (persuade me to change the whole toilet set and why) over and over again(at least 4 times) while I already get his point. He's onsite (including 20 minutes report writing) for 2 hours 10 minutes but charged me for 2.5 hours. Called office to tell my concern but they defended him and I just have to accept whatever they want to charge. Really not happy with this Plumer and service!”
