“Destroyed my cars self screw on aerial resulting in it needing to be completely replaced including the mounting socket because it is now permanently stuck and the attachment tip is destroyed so it's irreparable. Kirsty the owners wife admitted putting it back on but denied using tools instead of doing it correctly by gently screwing it back on by hand using the threaded plastic tip. Kirsty denied this despite the aerial tip being completely mangled and stuck due to the damage she caused, and physical photographic evidence provided of vice grip damage to it. My aerial was off for a reason and was in the boot when I dropped my car off so there was no reason to touch it. They also told State that the dents in the door caused by the end of the bumper of the car that hit me were caused previously by a car door being opened in to it despite them being clearly a part of the larger damage. They decided this without informing me so after 3 days i pick my car up to find they've only fixed half the damage and the "fixed" dents are still visibly warped and there's paint respray drops all over the other panels. They also tried to charge me $400 excess that had already been waived a week before I took m car in by State. Kirsty was rude and domineering to the phone when I tried to tell her this and I ended up needing to forward them the confirmation email and spend an hour on the phone to State to be able to pick my car up. My attempts to raise these issues have just been met with lies and being told to take it up with State when they are the issue. I now have to lodge 2 more claims to have the door and shoddy paint actually fixed and my aerial replaced, leaving me significantly out of pocket and without my vehicle for another week. Shoddy, unprofessional and dishonest. Consumer beware. Won't let me post with zero stars so I've put 1. Do not use this business. The response Kirsty has posted is not even close to what happened. Her staff took photos of the damage and told me to my face that certain parts of the dents were not from the accident. The panel was perfect before I was backed in to. I said that it was all done in the same incident and the guy just ignored me. State doesn't send in person assessors but go by what the repairer tells them and use the repairers photos. You can see the damage to the aerial so lying about putting it on by hand is ludicrous. I also have the emails from state proving they notified them of the excess being waived as I was not at fault.”

They treated her so well, and when there was a little difficulty during car pick up, they again went above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough!”
