“Reply to Scott at the bottom of this review. Disgusting behaviour from this company, they don't care what happens to people around them, one of there drivers (Michael O'connor) ran a light at a intersection smashing into and completely writing off my partners car. She is a store manager and has already been without transport for a week. Phoned last week and Scott the manager personally assured us HE would be dealing with insurance right away, and that he would be personally seeing to this issue. However today insurance has said they never contacted them and after speaking with Scott again on the phone today who was incredibly rude, he had a completely different demeanor, spoke ahout how there's no time frames to claims. Which may be all good and well, but it's the lying for us that he promised he'd see to it immediately. And his work van is fine bar a few dents, while her car is completely written off and stacking up storage fees and parks, while we spend heaps on ubers, she's been in and out of hospital. But Scott could clearly care less about public safety or doing things the proper way, as his worker has completely turned her life upside down and all Scott can say is 'well we don't actually have Lodge a claim' which is disgusting. Scott and floorpride, if a solution is not found or at least got the ball rolling within the next 48 hours the police and media will be involved and we will take as far as we can, along with all cctv footage and proof showing who is in the wrong. Replying to the reply by Scoot: I would love to be able to accept your apology that you have stated "several times" it still took over a week for you to lodge the claim and I still don't believe that you would have done this without us making it very clear that we were willing to take it further, and leaving this review for you. If I were Alastair (the owner) I would be ashamed of how you have dealt to this situation and would have a lot of things to think about after this. The fact that you still continue to be blind to the fact that Michaels incredibly dangerous deminer on the road putting my partners life in danger on that night, it makes your apology feel empty and meaningless. I hope you deal to your customers with more humanity and respect then you have shown us.”
